Company information review
Checking the current public register, ownership information and documents you hold.
Practical company secretarial support from our Ruislip base, with the work and fees agreed around your needs.

Company secretarial support helps directors maintain company records and handle required Companies House filings. A confirmation statement, accounts and notifications of changes are separate responsibilities. Angel Accountancy can help review the information held for your company and agree the administration work required.
This service suits private limited companies whose directors need help tracking filings, recording changes or reviewing shareholder information. It may also be useful after incorporation, a change in ownership or a switch of accountant. Complex share transactions or governance matters can need legal advice as well as administration.
Discuss Your Requirements
The services below can form part of an agreed engagement. We confirm the work, responsibilities and fees before starting.
Checking the current public register, ownership information and documents you hold.
Reviewing the information needed for the statement and preparing the agreed filing.
Discussing changes in officers, address or company details and the appropriate notifications.
Assisting with records of members and share changes within the agreed scope.
Discussing the minutes or resolutions needed to record company decisions and when legal support is appropriate.
Identifying the relevant dates and coordinating company administration with annual accounts work where agreed.
The confirmation statement confirms required company information for a review period. It is separate from annual accounts, and certain changes must be notified using the appropriate filing rather than waiting for the statement. Review director, shareholder, registered office and persons with significant control information against the actual position. Filing fees are separate statutory charges and should be checked at the time of filing.
Companies House identity verification became a legal requirement from 18 November 2025. The process and due dates depend on the role, including directors and persons with significant control. An existing director normally provides a personal code with the next confirmation statement during the transition. A PSC can have a separate deadline. Individuals can use the official verification route or an eligible authorised provider; we do not claim to be such a provider here.
A share allotment and a transfer are different transactions. The company's articles, existing rights, approvals, ownership records and potential tax consequences need checking. Some arrangements need a solicitor's input, particularly where rights are changing or there is a dispute. Supply the proposed terms and documents before any change is processed, rather than assuming a confirmation statement alone completes the transaction.
Private companies are generally not required to appoint a company secretary, but their statutory responsibilities still need attention. Directors remain responsible for the company's records and filings even where an accountant assists. Keep correspondence, decisions and changes organised and tell us promptly about updates. Any registered office or correspondence service must be expressly confirmed before an address is used.
Bring the company number, latest confirmation statement, relevant articles and resolutions, ownership and share details, Companies House correspondence and a list of changes. Identity-verification details and filing authorisation are handled through the agreed process; do not send personal codes in a general enquiry.
