Privacy Policy
Updated 11 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
Angel Accountancy Services Limited, company number 08246679, is responsible for personal information provided directly to the practice. Contact us at email@angelaccountancyservices.co.uk, 020 4617 6336 or 4 Pond Green, Ruislip HA4 6EW about privacy questions.
2. Website enquiries
You can contact us using the enquiry form on the Contact page. The form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your business name, telephone number, the service you are interested in and a short message. We send what you enter by email to the practice so that we can reply to you, using your email address as the reply address. If the email cannot be delivered, a copy of your enquiry is kept on our web server until it has been dealt with. If you email or call us instead, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. Please do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive financial documents in an initial enquiry.
3. How information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and discuss a possible engagement. Depending on the activity, processing may be necessary to take steps towards a contract, fulfil an agreed contract, comply with legal obligations or pursue legitimate interests in administering and protecting the practice. Any separate marketing activity requires its own appropriate basis and notice.
4. Website logs and storage
Hosting systems may record IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and response codes for operation and security. The website contains no advertising or analytics tracking scripts and does not set application cookies. Technical logs support website operation and investigation of errors or misuse.
5. External services
Fonts and website images are served locally. The enquiry form on the Contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check provided by Cloudflare, Inc. that tells people apart from automated programs, so that the form is not misused by spam. When the Contact page loads, your browser connects to Cloudflare, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details in order to run the check, and applies its own privacy policy. Read Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Contact details link to email and telephone applications, a WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp (provided by Meta Platforms) in a new tab only when you click it, and reviews link to Google Maps. Maps open through an external link rather than an embedded map. When you follow an external link, that provider may receive technical information and apply its own privacy policy. Read Google’s privacy policy.
6. Sharing and retention
Information may need to be handled by hosting, email or other service providers used to respond to you, or disclosed where required by law. Retention depends on the purpose, the engagement, applicable record-keeping obligations and any need to resolve a dispute. Ask the practice for the retention information and recipients relevant to your enquiry or engagement.
7. Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable exemptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal information, and may object to processing or withdraw consent where that is the basis. Contact the practice to make a request. Applicable requests normally require a response within one calendar month, with lawful extensions or exceptions where relevant. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
8. Changes and client information
This notice describes the current website. Additional information may be provided for client services, verification requirements or new website features. Privacy information must be reviewed when hosting, contact collection, analytics or service providers change. A revised notice does not itself constitute your consent to a new processing activity.
